All Flat products (stickers, prints, etc.) are by default sent via letter mail so that shipping costs can be inexpensive.

If you need your package sooner than the shipping options below, please contact me for other options.

For all orders outside of Canada, you will need to provide me with a phone number when checking out. I will not use it for any other reason than to ship out your order (it is required by Canada Post). If you do not provide me with a phone number and you have purchased anything other than stickers, I will have to refund you and not continue with the order.

Canada:

• Letter mail – Standard & Oversized (No Tracking): 2-14 Business Days
• Tracked Parcel – 2-8 business days

United States:

• letter Mail (No Tracking) – 5-30 Business Days
• Tracked Parcel – 5-13 business days

International:

• letter Mail (No Tracking) – 5-40 Business Days
• Untracked Parcel – 6-12 business days

You are responsible for any customs, duties, fees, or taxes that may be charged in your country.

*Please note that these are only estimates; Once the package is out of my hands I am no longer in control. For standard letter mail there is no available tracking number. If this is an issue, there will be an option to upgrade to tracked shipping when you checkout for Canadian and US orders.

Once your order is Placed, I will get it packaged as quickly as possible. Your order Should be ready to ship within 1-5 days of purchasing!

I DO NOT offer cancellations. Once you place your order, To keep shipping times as quick as possible, I will usually pack orders as soon as possible and therefore I cannot offer cancellations. 

All sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges as a lot of products are made to order.

If your order was damaged during shipping (weather, severe bending, etc.) please get in touch with me via the contact page. I would be more than happy to work with you to find a solution.

If your order still has not arrived and it has been over the estimated shipping time, please get in touch with me via the contact page so that we can resolve this.
